I am so worried about hubby.
He has back problems.
He went to our family doctor this morning.
Son took him
They did ex-rays on his back.
He has a spur that is rubbing against a nerve and wearing the bone down
or something like that.
He is going to have a mir done soon; but don't know when
The family doctor said that there is an operation that can help that.
Hubby has never had a operation before
he has been in so much pain this past weekend.
they sent him some pain pills in and I went and picked them up ; but they aren't helping much.
I am not sure if I should go and look for a job or not.
I don't think any one will hire me because of all my diseases and conditions.
We still haven't sold our old house.
Please pray for hubby and us.( hubby does have insurance through work which is pretty good, thank God !)
Thank you , hugs Sheila

Lifes not about the breaths you take, but the moments that take your breath away.

Just a small town country girl, farmgirl, loggergirl, trying to live her dreams. :)

P.s. I've been playing around with the spelling of my name ( weird I know) and I've decided that I will stick with Hannah for good. Sorry I got you all confused. Hugs!!

Hey Sheila. I hope your hubby gets the help he needs. That's got to be very painful for him. Maybe they'll get something done soon. Sending thoughts and prayers your way.

Thank you for all your kind words and thoughts and prayers.
Please , continue to pray.
We go this Sat. morning to get mir done on his back, have to be there at 7am.
He is still in pain.
Seems like there is always something here.you know
The old house not selling.
Bills on top of bills
Un expected bills , so on and so forth.
I do know God hears my prayers and He will supply our needs.
My human nature thinks it is slow in coming.
I am reminded of the verse
IT may be slow in coming ; but it will come.
I have been spoiled by things that are quick coming, like instant tea or coffee.
Though I have had my share of problems and on going prayers for years that yet have to be answered.
thanks hugs sheil

Prayers are on the way. A real positive is that they know the cause of the pain and a solution. It is painful seeing someone you know hurting, especially when the meds aren't even helping. Back surgery has improved tremendously since my husband had it back in the '70s. He may not be laid up too long. You may be better off not looking for work so you'll be home when he's in early recovery.

I so can relate! My hubby had to have surgery 3 years ago on his back and I was really nervous, but everything went really well and he didn't miss too much work. It's amazing what surgeons can do these days!

I'll send up a prayer for you both!

Sheila, praying that your hubby does not suffer too much and that the Doctors can help him. I know quite a few people that have had back surgery and came out great!

Oh, Sheila - I am praying! That poor man - that must be horribly painful! I can just imagine the stress you are going through, too. I feel so bad. I'll keep praying, though, don't you worry! Hugs - Nini
