Update on Little Andrew. He is not doing well. We went back to the hospital to see him and Mom. They were moving him to the baby ICU. He is still having problems breathing. There is something wrong with his small intestints and colon not developed right. They are watching him for now and may do surgery on him if it does not correct it self. I don't quite understand all of it. Anyways I did get to see him finally but not hold him. He is very beautiful!! Mom is sad but fine. Thanks!!

How is baby Andrew doing? And his mom? It's so hard to be a new mom, with all the changes that brings, and then have to worry about the little one.
Praying for all of you.

Lifes not about the breaths you take, but the moments that take your breath away.

Just a small town country girl, farmgirl, loggergirl, trying to live her dreams. :)

P.s. I've been playing around with the spelling of my name ( weird I know) and I've decided that I will stick with Hannah for good. Sorry I got you all confused. Hugs!!

A friend of mine had a grandchild born very prematurely and they did not think he would even live. He is going on two and all the garbage is cleared up. So I pray that your grandchild will thrive as Isaac is now thriving, growing stronger and healthier with each passing minute and hour. God bless him nightly.

Thank You All so much for your prayers. Baby Andrew has improved some. Mom will be going home today. Doctors think if he keeps improving baby will be going home Friday or next week. The colon specialist came to see him and said he would not have to have surgery. We were so relieved to hear the news. I know he is in good hands at the hospital he is in. (Arnold Hospital for women and children). The best hospital in central Florida. He is an Angel!!

Awe...poor little babe and poor helpless mama. But praise the Lord for this beautiful new life!

Wonderful Creator and Father, we know that it was You who knit this little person together in his mother's womb and made him so perfectly in Your image. You have known him and his form even before he was thought of in his mother's heart and You have always had a special plan for his life and a purpose for him in the loving family you have placed him in. We thank you, Father, for Your all knowing and all powerful ways. But Daddy, as your Word says, Your ways are not our ways and Your thoughts are not our thoughts and we can't comprehend what exactly is going on in this little guy's body and and why confusion and sadness have replaced the joy and hope that should abound during this time of expectation of the great future you have set before him. Father, remind us of Your goodness and Your power by bringing healing to his little body today and an overwhelming sense of peace and hope to His mommy's heart (and his grandmama who already does love him so). Thank You for creating him so wonderfully! Thank You for new life! In Jesus' name we pray, AMEN.

Prayers are on the way for Andrew, your daughter, you and all those who love you and are sharing the worry now. Miracles happen every day and if it a miracle on its own or in the hands of Andrew's doctors it is just as wonderful.

Dorinda, This must all be so frightening for all of you. I know this happens with babies more often than you would think. The neonatal care givers are astounding. Mama Jewel is right. I will be praying for the little guy that all goes well and for your family also.I bet he is just adorable!
