Posted - Oct 05 2010 : 12:10:20 PM She has been feeling up and down lately and Doug took her to the doctor yesterday who refused to give her medicine. Today she was acting happy and healthy so we sent her to school only to have the teacher call and ask us to pick her up a couple hours early. Poor kiddo. Any prayers and good thoughts are greatly appreciated.

P.s. I've been playing around with the spelling of my name ( weird I know) and I've decided that I will stick with Hannah for good. Sorry I got you all confused. Hugs!! |

Posted - Oct 05 2010 : 5:40:50 PM Please tell Nora I wish her well and get better soon.
I know about the sick daughter stuff too. Jenna has been fighting a nasty chest thing for the past three weeks and she just went in to the urgent care for the 3rd time and they finally prescribed her something to open her lungs up so she can breath.
I wish you both well.

Posted - Oct 05 2010 : 3:30:31 PM Thanks ladies! It's so frustrating. The doctors say "Oh let's wait" and in the mean time your kid gets sicker and sicker and you are missing days at work and then they finally give medicine and there are more days that you have to miss while the medicine kicks in. *sigh* So frustrating! And not to mention the poor kiddos that are sick and can't really understand.

Posted - Oct 05 2010 : 12:28:45 PM Good thoughts coming your way, Alee...poor little thing. I wish Nora a speedy quick recovery!!! I love these doctors..."let's just wait and see..." It's the same attitude the landed Violet in the ER at Children's hospital!

Posted - Oct 05 2010 : 12:20:36 PM Many prayers for you guys. I had to take my son's girl friend to the doctor yesterday. She has the flu bug. He started her on some antibiotics and nose spray. I hope i don't get it. That time of the year for all sorts of things to go around. Hopefully she will get to feeling better.
