Heard from my friend...he and his family and friends are ok. This has REALLY motivated me to start volunteering and searching for a medical job with our military healthcare. God Bless the USA and God Bless our Troops!!!

Praying. Hoping they have it all under control now. It's just so hard to even think about and watch on the news. This world makes my heart so heavy at times. Praying for all the families.

Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Last news report was 13 dead (one being the gunman, a Major) and 31 injured, they say he acted alone.

Hubby is fine. Ft. Campbell is taking precautions and I am SURE some sort of training is in the works. I am sick to my stomach over this.

That was such a tragedy what happened in Ft. Hood. Is anywhere safe anymore? My heart goes out to those soldiers and their families. May God love and help them all.

Heather:
I knew you'd be the one to post about Ft. Hood. Thanks. Is your husband okay? I pray he is. I am praying for all the people at FT. Hood and for their families. How tragic!

Oh Heather, what a terrible tragedy. Sending all of my best to Ft. Hood. I am praying that they capture the second gunman. News says they have one in custody all ready... This is very sad.
