I have a prayer request and a card request. I have already ask if it is ok to send cards and the family says yes please! I want to insert here the email I recieved about this precious little girl named Jessa. This child has MLD and it's progressing really fast. The doctors have told Sandra to take Jessa out of school, take her home, make her comfortable and love her while she can. It's just breaking my heart along with a lot of others. I looked up this disease on the computer and I just can't imagine what Sandra and Jason are gonna have to endure...muchless little Jessa! They are asking everyone that while Jessa still knows what life is to please send her a card or a note to 108 Pine St., Thomaston Ga 30286. She loves rainbows, butterflies, unicorns and horses. Sue said if anyone could put a $3 or $5 gift card to McDonalds (Jessa's favorite) or Walmart that it would only be a plus! So please pass this on...ask your church to pray for them. Ask all your computer friends to pray, too. I believe in Divine Intervention and I KNOW prayer changes things!
Now I know how caring my farmgirl sisters are so lets show some love and keep this family in prayers and shower this young miss with some cards. I thank each and everyone of you for all you do. I have ask the family to keep me updated when possible so I will post updates when I recieve them. Blessings to you all, Karen

Card to color, iron on transfer for a t-shirt, paper tiger to cut out and assemble and paper dolls to cut out and assemble on the way in todays mail.

I googled MLD and from what I can tell this is a rare condition and yes, it's very serious. Sending prayers for little Jessa and her family. I'll get a card in the mail.

Thanks girls I did find out she is in 6th grade so I think she may be more like 11 or 12 maybe. Melaine, I will email you that info. Alos Kristin Im not sure what MLD is I still need to look it up online myself. I dont know if I will get to it today though cause I have alot of studying for my youth class tomm. Karen, what is MLD? It sounds like it's terminal? That is so sad. I have a granddaughter that will be 8 in Nov. I will get something out to her soon, too. Thanks for sharing with us.
I don't think I saw the last name. Can you put that on here, too?
