I'd just like if anyone could send prayers, good thoughts and what not. My sister (is 42) and she is going in for hip replacement surgery tomorrow morning. She goes in at 5:30am and the surgery begins at 7am. It is supposed to last a couple of hours. She was born with a dislocated hip and had surgery when she was five - Most of her life she miraculously has been living on a baby hip! Noone could believe it! Only in the last year or so has it been truly acting up so they are going to be doing much needed surgery. My mom will be there but I will be going in later. Thanks and Love so much to all of you!

Hi, Corinne! Thanks so much... My sister seems to be healing pretty quickly, but it is just one of those..day-at-a-time things.. she has good times and bad times where she is just bawling, poor thing.

My mom is still in pain and finally just told my sister - Thank God, she told her to go get an x-ray at my sister's chiropractor and is going to. *sighs in relief* Mom said she's nervous about some things and I am glad then she is going to.

I am starting to relax for now... I just hope the x-rays come back okay.

Sigh.

She's now at home but extremely sore and in alot of pain alot of the time. She is still excited though because she has alot more mobility in some ways already that she never had before.

Thank you all for your prayers!
