Well they are at it AGAIN!!!!! My previous employers have decided NOT to pay my money, again I AM P****D !!! I am angry and mad and so sad!
They had to pay me around May 25. MAY 25 and today is June 4, so again 9 days too late!!
I have tried to call them many many times, but they don't answer the phone. I have tried to call headquarters and also , not answering the phone. I have sent emails but they get back to me, undeliverable!!
They are NOT bankrupt because I am in contact with another ex employer and she has almost the same problem and she KNOWS they are still in business. Another ex colleague of mine still works there as well, so they are still in business. 
Today I am going there myself. I will TRY to get a definitive answer about WHY and WHAT is happening to my money. Also my income slips. I have asked from day 1 I need them, I want them, they are mine. They promised them every single time, but till now....nada, niente, nothing. I had called my supervisor last week every day (they were answering the phone till last Tuesday)and he too promised to send them to me....HA!! Till today nothing of the sort.
My rent is late, many other bills are unpaid again. Can't even afford groceries for myself now, all my money has been gone into paying the OTHER bills that were late due to their first and second gaff. WHY oh why does this happen to me every single month of the 3 months I have worked my B*** of for them I just don't understand.
Is it because they hate me? Am I being too outspoken, not a "wallflower" meaning I stand up for myself, finally?? I just don't know but I do know I am upset and to the brink of tears again. And I don';t WANT that, I don't need that!!
It is MY money, my income slips I need to send of to my SS office this week.
I called SS and they gave me a week extension, PTL. I explained it all to them and they understood. They told me to call them next Wednesday if I still didn't have my income slips. Maybe they can help me with that I don';t know.
But my housing co. won't be so forgiven a second time and I completely understand that too. I never ever had this happen to me before, that I am late with paying my bills, I always pay them on time. And now this!!
Sorry for the long vent, I know you can't help me with the money problems  Ya can't help me with the battle I have to go into today, and a battle it WILL be if they don't own up. And I also realize my "boss" won't pay me my wages due today, HA. He will just tell me to call head quarters or something stupid like that. WHAT does he think I have been doing the past 2 weeks!! He told me last week I had to email and call HQ But as I said me emails come back and they don't answer the phones anymore. I have 3 phonenumbers and none of them are answered. I even emailed them through their website and NO answer from that either!!

Sorry to read of your troubles dutchy. Is there a dept. of labor there? If so contact them or an attorney who handles work disputes. You worked for wages and it is theft to withhold payment for your services. Send them a bill with an itemized listing of your hours worked and the service you provided. Take them to a small claims court if that is an option there.

Thanks Corinne. I have "decided" to give my worries to God. Maybe that way I will have a better day. I know He will provide :)

Marian, keep hope with Elvis, the cat time of these males takes a few weeks usually, then they return home.
I am sorry to hear you are having problems again, will pray for you.

Oh Lisa, I know there is. I DO start my new job coming Tuesday. I am SO happy i don't work for that "piece of you know what" anymore. But it just bothers me SO much that he even can't seem to send me my pay slips.
AND I also haven't heard about Elvis. :( When it rains it pours. I just am sick, literally SICK of everything.

Is there someone that you can report them to? I mean higher than headquarters. I would in a heart beat, they have taken advantage of you for too long! I am praying that you will get paid soon Marian.

I had the same thing happen to me with an employer; I am self employed & did fee work for him. I got paid when he got paid..on a good month that is. Otherwise he was taking all of the fee & throwing me a bone every now & then to shut me up. Well I questioned him on another item (ethical) & he sent me a cursing email(stupid of him cause I have it saved). The one client that we did work for is a big mgt co & I called them & signed up. filling out paperwork that I could not accept their work from him anymore. Now I get my work directly from them & get paid in a week. SO I know he was getting the moolah & spending it himself.
You do not need to be treated like that; there has to be something better out there for you.

Mail just arrived.......NO Payslips GGGRRR!! And ofcourse also still no email reply or whatever.

Well a LITTLE update already.
My pay slips are in the mail as of yesterday, or so I am told!!
I got my ex-supervisor on the phone, wow. He told me it was HIS mistake for not sending them out earlier. And he even sort of apologized to me about that. I should have the pay slips today. Fingers crossed.
AND also asked him about my money. He started to stutter! They had an internal mail for the workers and he first wanted to TELL them about it......doesn't sound good AT ALL to me. I told him to let me know what was in the memo because I am no longer employed there anymore. He didn't want to do that and told me to call HQ!!! DUH what does he think I have been doing! So told him I had called, sent emails that were returned etc. To be honest I was not overly friendly to him, lol.
He started to SWEAR AT ME and threw the phone down on me!!!
SO am still calling HQ (no answer) and did send another email, till now I did NOT get that one back. SO maybe they did receive it???
I have been doing some research on the internet about the company. I found MANY complaints about them. About payment mostly. AND it seems the IRS (!!!) did a "bust" on all the centers they have. SO it seems all is not cushy at all. IRS ....man that is bad! Maybe they are broke?? Maybe they are whatever ya might call it.
I don't think I will see my money soon though :( IF EVER!!

Kay NO I don't work for them anymore PTL!! Last month was my last month :) I now start another job with a reputable firm.
I guess there are laws etc. But I am also one of a few who are really complaining I guess. I know about an ex co worker of mine who is also having trouble. We started at the same day and both left within a week of eachother. She also did not get payed her last paycheck, nor her slips. SO we are keeping eachother updated. As far as I know she will go this week to complain in person too.
But she DOES get an answer to her emails, and that is what I don't understand either. Why does she get an answer and not me!!

Marian - this is so horrible. Are you still working for these people or did you get a new job?? Surely there's something that can be done about this. Are there laws over there preventing this type of thing?? They are just jerks!!!
