say a prayer for me as I may have my house sold. It has been on the market since February, and only looked at twice. My daughter and I are so ready to move up to WA to be with family since the passing of my husband. I will know for sure Monday evening. So, if you would rush the gates of Heaven with me that asking the Lord to see fit to have the house sell so we can be on our way. Thanks bunches!

My realtor just called and the inspector is coming tomorrow morning! The people want to get moving on this. Geez, I hope give me time to pack!

Be patient (I know, easier said than done)...did you bury one of those little Saints in the yard? After 2 years of my Aunt's house on the market, and failed contract after contract, we buried the little guy and voila! The house sold in 2 weeks.
I am crossing fingers and sending "sell your house" vibes, though, in case you don't have one those little saints

I was given an offer, I made a counter offer and should know sometime tomorrow whether they accept. This whole decision making on my own is no fun. I am so ready for this to be a done deal. Thanks again for your prayers!
