I am just here for a little bit of normalcy b4 i go on with what I must do today. My father died suddenly Monday of an apparant heart attack. no words can describe how I feel...please keep my mom, my kids dh and i in your prayers.

Bonnie,
I am so sorry, I can't imagine what a shock it must be. My mother just passed away last January after she was extrememly ill for years. Even though we were waiting for it, when it happened it seemed such a shock. My heart goes out to you and your family. I wish I had words of advice but all that seems to come to mind is be gentle with everyone around you and even more tender than that with yourself.
Know these hard feelings will soften and the pain might not ever go away but it will fade.
