I have to wear those thick heavy pads. sometimes when I come home from shopping I have to change into new ones and undies I am 54. It is getting worse I can't take the mediciens for it. I have to go back in about a week. I hope I can re-train my bladder. Prayers and good thoughts appreciated. hugs sheila

Posted - Mar 13 2009 : 09:27:54 AM Do you know about kegels. It is an exercise for women when they are pregnant but also strengthens the pelvic floor and helps with bladder problems. You can email me if you want more info Michele

Posted - Mar 12 2009 : 5:29:45 PM I never knew there was such a thing, Sheila. I have to go all the time. I hope I don't have a problem. I think it's because I drink lots of water, though.
Good luck with your classes and I sure hope it works for you so you don't have to take more meds. And will be praying it does.
