Hey all..
My dad who has suffered a Tramatic Brain Injury as many of you have read on my other posts suffered from a stroke two weeks back. He was brought to the hospital right away and luckily after a few very scary days, he is home with us again. Many of the improvments he had made with his speech and such were lost and we are starting over on the cognitive work...but he is still with us. He remembered something silly my brother and I used to do when we were little and was laughing about it the other day. To see him smile and laugh...
My brother said the alcohol took him from us, then we got him back on this twist of fate... Thank you for all of your prayers and kind thoughts... Please keep them coming.

Sorry to have jumped in on this a littl too late.
Prayers will be with you anyway.
It's so scary when our parents go through stuff like that.
I'm relieved to know he is going through therapy. |
