Sue passed yesterday night. Yesterday she had a stroke so when we were talking about that this morning we all said we hoped her passing would be quick and painless. It still came as quite a shock to hear she was gone.

Her family, including her young granddaughter (about six) came up from Boise a few days back. We think she was holding on for that visit.

Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers.

Karin

[Could you all send your prayers and thoughts to our friend and co-worker, Sue. She is dying of cancer. Hospice is now involved and yesterday I heard she was in a lot of pain. She's still quite coherant and had plans of training a fellow co-worker but has asked her not to come to her home now, at least at this time, because of how she's feeling. I'm hoping her last days are loving and pain free....

Thank you.]

So sorry, Karin. I lost a friend and co-worker in this way almost a year ago. She was months away from retirement. I'm grateful your friend was able to hold on until her family could say goodby.

My hear goes out to Sue and her family, it is a difficult time I'm sure. I wish for her pain to be gone and her family to have the courage and strength to live on after her with her always in their hearts.
