Posted - Feb 09 2009 : 07:33:31 AM YAY!!!! I GOT HIRED!!! YIPPEE!!!!!
My first job in over 7 years and I got hired, lol I am gonna be a customer service rep. for the gas/electricity company. It is a part-time job, which I was looking for too. YAY!!!!!! Thanks for the prayers gals, I am sure they helped.
Gonna start next week, and can make my own weekly roster. If I want to work 20 hrs. great, if I want to work 16 hrs. the next week, great. The minimum is 16 hrs. a week and then it is up to me. SO quite a free job too, NO dress code either, lol, just nice and clean.
SO gals, it is over for me, gallivanting whenever I want :) But I am happy because being at home all the time is boring too. NOT demeaning all the stay at home mommy's etc. But just for me, no hubby, no kiddies, just Elvis....It was a bit quiet. And earning my own money feels good too, after all those years.
Hugs from Marian/Dutchy, a farmgirl from the Netherlands :)
