Yesterday an Amber alert was sent out for a mother and her 7 and 2 year old boys who never arrived at her parents house. This morning the woman ran to a farmhouse and said her and her boys were in danger (she apparently had injuries as she was air lifted to the hospital). The van was parked back in the woods and the 2 year old boy was found outside of the van dead and the 7 year old was in the van with serious injuries. It wasn't a car accident but so far the news is not saying how they were injured/killed.
The worst part? Last year this woman was on the news when she got 'distracted' by her boys in the back seat, hit the curb, and drove into a river. Everyone was rescued...but now in everyone's mind is...was that an accident?!!! If this turns out that she is the one who injured herself and her boys then it will be heartbreaking. Please keep her son and herself in your prayers. What a horrible story, whether it is done by her or someone else.

That is very sad and I hope the mother and the son get help. I am sure he will need support to deal with the loss of his brother and really the loss of his mom as well. I hope his mom gets good mental health treatment. I feel so bad for the brother who died. What a sad situation.

The seven year old boy lived and is out of the hospital. He told the police everything...it was indeed his mother who attacked his brother and him, and then injured herself. How sick can a mother be to do that?!! It makes me feel sick hearing things like that but hope this boy turns out okay, I can't imagine what it would be like growing up and knowing your mom killed your brother and tried to kill you. How sad!
