My mother is starting her BS again with me again and I have so many positive things going, I just need some good thoughts sent my way to keep the bad vibes away. So many good things are coming down the road and I said a prayer to protect me and my family and keep everything happy and good, but sometimes, a little extra farmgal vibe is needed. If you have a few spares, thanks.

Terri, I think since you are very aware, I wouldn't worry about it. When you don't come a place of self centerdness, you cannot be toxic. (((HUGS)))

After reading all of these posts, I sure hope I am not a toxic mother, I really try to leave our children and their husbands alone, and try not to, "buttin"....pray for me I can maintain, we have 6 children and all have significant others....5 boys and 1 girl....
Farmgirls are Farmgirls no matter where or how we live.....we can't help it! ;)

Thanks everyone. We went to the Comal County Parade today...only stayed for half because I had to hold Charlie the whole time while attempting to take pics for Scott. It was fun and it took my mind off things. It was my first TEXAS parade and I am glad I went. Keep the good vibes coming!!!! : )
The funniest thing I saw..a girl with a "YEE HAW I'M A COWGIRL" shirt..ha!! Couldn't catch her to ask where she got it!!!

My mother was a very messed up person and I left home at an early age due to her. I really feel for you Heather. Sending big , sunny, happy "farmgirl plowin' thru'" vibes to you.

Heather, hang in there. I'm with ya girl. I had a very "toxic" mom, which is very sad, and I know how difficult it is to deal with. Keep your "positive" up girl, you are a strong woman with good convictions. Don't let ANYONE diminish that. Love ya,
