Hello, ladies. By now you must realize I post when times start to unravel a bit. I like to think and move as positively as possible. I try not to be paranoid and act normal as I can.

I have been having pain since July. It is the same as the pain that started me on this journey of cancer recurrence. This has been very scary to me. I was given some positive reinforcement when the testing of the stool sample. I started on that program helped get rid of fungus inside me that had overgrown due to the chemo wiping out my good GI bacteria. So, that has all gone well. My belly no longer hurts. However, the pain in my leg is still there and increased.

I followed up on the biochemist's suggestion to try physical therapy. This has helped. My hip flexors were very reduced in range of motion. I have gotten quite a bit back with stretches and am now working on strengthening them. This has improved my ability to walk and stand a bit more.

I still have deep inside pain, though. I am on two types of pain medicine and a pill I can take when it exceeds even that. This is the part that worries me.

The biochemist said it is time to start looking into other things. He gave me the name of an alternative/integretive medical doctor. I am interested in trying Cooley's vaccine. I am not sure of the spelling. It is available in Canada. If any of you know anything about this, I would love to hear what you have to say.

I will be calling the doctor today to try and get in and start on this path. We will be filling out for passports on Friday., Coincidentally, we had decided to update ours again.

I just need some prayers as I move forward and gear up and learn something more. I was just enjoying a summer of somewhat normal things-walks, garden, a bit of canning, flowers, reading and a bit of sewing, mostly just being with my family.

I could use some prayers to guide me on this journay of information.

Thanks, ladies. You have kept me going through so many hard patches. I fear there are more ahead. Please just keep me in your prayers. Farmgirl hugs to all of you, too.

Can't remember the name of the country music song that contains this lyric: "You're always in my heart and you're often on my mind"
We're all still standing with you and praying for you.

Clare, I don't post much on your update threads, but very few days go by that I don't think of you. I'm glad you had a good summer, and I hope this vaccine venture goes well.
