Posted - Sep 11 2008 : 10:21:38 AM Nina was my best friend all through kindergarten and elementary school. We drifted apart when she moved out of state for her studies but I did keep in tough with her elder sister and her mother through the years. I know that before my friend was born, they lost a little boy at only two or three years old. The elder sister then had a very bad car accident that nearly killed her. A few years later, the father died of a heart attack. It all began to look happier when the elder sister had a little girl and I used to meet Nina's mom in the village with her granddaughter- she was so happy. I had not seen them in a while and I was completely shocked to learn that this Tuesday, Nina's mom was killed in a car crash. She was only 64 and I am so sad- Nina and her sister now have no family left and Nina lives and works out of state. I am so sad. Please say a little prayer for them all and do hug your parents. It is such a scary thought to lose them both when you are only 32. :(

Posted - Sep 11 2008 : 12:07:03 PM thank you all....... the sad thing is that in the past years I had lost touch with Nina completely- I haven't seen her in many years, not since she moved away. I had more to do with her sister and her daughter because they still live here. I have no idea though if they will stay- the huge house---- I am still so shocked. :(
