Please remember my mom in your prayers if you wouldn't mind as it's been a hard couple of weeks here with her illness and this morning she lost her brother, he passed on at 4:00 am today. I knew when the phone rang around 4:30 this morning it couldn't be good and my Aunt told me the news. We all met at my parent's this morning to help make arrangements.

My mom had to go to the hospital yesterday because she collapsed. She went by ambulance and they found that she was very low on sodium. She had been really watching her diet and the doctor said it went a bit too far. She's been in and out of the hospital a few times since she got out of her rehab, to get blood transfusions and other things.

She was very sad this morning and I've noticed she's lost so much weight, she looks so frail now. I'm not sure if that's because of the leukemia or treatment or what. Again I know I've requested prayers and positive energy so much for her lately but she really needs it now. Her positive outlook and cheerful disposition have kept her going so long and I pray that she never loses that.

Thank you so much farm sisters, your kindness and thoughtfulness means so much to me and helps me get through these times.

Mom's had another setback, she's in ICU again. Her sodium levels are very low, her hemogoblin levels are critical, and her congestive heart failure is a bit worse. We went to her brother's memorial service yesterday and she really wasn't up to it but she wanted to go. When she got back home she was drained and collapsed, my Dad had to call 911. I'm heading back up there afterwhile and then we are going to the airport to pick up my in-laws who are coming to stay with us for a month. I might not be on here too much in the next bit but I'm thinking of you all. Please remember us in your prayers. Thanks and hugs.

Thank you all so much for the thoughts and prayers. Mom is doing a bit better this morning, but still is having a hard time dealing with her brother's death. The memorial service will be Saturday morning and my mom is praying she will be feeling well enough to attend. I've told her about you all praying for her and she was really touched, she believes in the power of prayer and she said to thank you all for her.
