So 2 weeks ago DH sliped while walking to the barn, We thought that he just sprained his knee but the pain is still so intense...I finally convinced him to go to the ER..Well...He just called me and told me that he ripped some ligaments in his knee and needs an MRI tomorrow and see an Orthopedic Surgeon...He could be in a cast for quite awhile!!!!
Now he needs to talk to his Boss about taking more time off and we cant afford for him to go on dissability...
I'm freaking out here!!!
We have bills to pay, school stuff to buy for 2 kids now..Horses to feed...and no help from my family cuse they are a bunch of loonies!!!
I'm gonna go cry now.....

Prayers going up to you. Don't panic but continue to pray. When God closes doors he opens windows. I will be praying for his leg as well as your finances while he is in his cast. hugs

Farmgirl hugs and prayers. Things will be ok. I hope that your DH is doing better and that his boss is understanding. Keep us all posted ok? I'm sure that I speak for many. We care about you and want things to work out well for you and your family.

Oh Heather, let me give you a big hug and you use my shoulder to cry on. Try not to panic. I know it sounds really scary at this point, and there is a lot of unknown, but that is why the doc ordered a MRI, to know exactly what the damage is. And just because he sees a surgeon does not automatically mean he will need surgery. The surgeon will be able to explain the MRI to you. I'm not a doctor but I do have 35+ years medical experience, so please feel free to email me directly with questions and if I don't know the answer, I will help you find the answer, okay?!!
