He's coming home today!

((My 7 year old son is in a psychiatric hospital. He is not doing good, but I have faith it will take time and the right meds.
I miss him and his sweet loving personality. He is extremely upset lately. I won't go into the shocking details but please pray and send light and light candles for Danny Boy and for me.
I know my Farmgirl sisters love me! Linda))

Linda, I am glad to hear Danny is home and I will keep you both in my prayers. My son Isaiah is 6 and half the time I miss him when he is at school, so I can't imagine how hard it was when he was in the hospital. Praise God he is back home now.

I'm so glad, Linda, for you both. I know how you've missed him! Glad to know he made friends at the hospital...there is support where you least expect it, and for that, I'm thankful.

Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers. Danny is coming home today. He likes the kids and fun he has had in the hospital.
He is on new meds and is much calmer now.
I am so happy to have him home again.

Hi Alee,
I have a bad back that easily gets sore from bouncing. I don't use busses because of that. I'm going tomorrow eve to see him.

Linda- I am so sorry he is so far away right now. Is there any public transit that you could use? I know it wouldn't lessen the time, but perhaps it would save gas money?

woke up feeling sad...so I read these posts and it helps.
there are other things going on the hurt too but Danny boy's health is the most important now. The gas to go see him is expensive..it's a 40 minute drive through the city. Then sometimes he only gives me a couple hugs and kisses and asks me to go. I have driven that far for a 15 minute visit.
You know how being a mother is...we go to great lengths.
The house here seems to get more empty every day.

Oh Linda- I am so sorry for you & Danny boy!
Prayers for you and he to get through this.
Mental illness is difficult in itself but add the various stigmas and lack of understanding in the general population and it can be devastating!

God is mindful of the situation and will make a way for the two of you.
Blessings- especially all through the night!!
