My husband had a bad spell the other night with his afib and I thought he was not going to make it, no pulse that I could find, he was grey and glassy eyed. Emt,police were here but he would not go to the hospital. I got in touch with his heart dr the next morning and he admitted him. He was in Afib at the emergency room and then reverted back to a normal sinus rhythm. Tomorrow the dr himself is doing an echocardiogram and then a heart catherization to check for heart blockage. I need some prayers please that he will be fine and that so will I. I imagine he will not be home before the weekend. Dr. said if they find something with the cath they will send him to Deborah Heart and Lung Center that is just 5 minutes from my house, much better and they are the experts.
Thanks gals!

Heart cath showed no blockages and as far as I know the echo was okay. He was sent home on Friday and goes today to have a twenty four hour heart monitor put on. In a week goes back to heart dr. I think I might do some research on what herbs would be safe to use with his meds and go that route.
I can tell you the stress has not been good for my fibro.
Hugs and thanks for all your prayers, they mean a lot

Thinking so much about you, Kathy. You sure do have a lot on your plate, sister. I'm hoping that things are going to be better after all this..he must be very tired, and I'm sure you are, too.

You git it, Witchy Woman. My husband has Afib too and had an echo Tuesday. Gee, what are the odds? I'm surrounding your DH with abundant good health and heling and knowing he will come out of this just fine.

love,
Patricia
