Posted - Apr 10 2023 : 08:12:27 AM This will be first year I plan to plant daisies so I've been reading up on them. Found out the flowers can be used fresh or dried to make an herbal medicinal tea. One of the things it's good for is inflammation. Daisies bloom through the summer into the fall so it will be a while before I have my first cup of daisy tea.

Posted - Jul 20 2023 : 07:25:33 AM Hi, I did not know about the daisy medicinal tea either, I am going to see if I can gather some and then put them into my dehydrated and make some for winter, inflammation help would be great for when my arthritis flares up my joints get inflamed. Sara do you know if you should only consume a certain amount daily, weekly? Thanks.

Posted - Apr 12 2023 : 12:17:33 PM Sara, that is so neat. I hope you can collect a lot of daisies for your tea. I am interested to see what you think about it. Please update us once you try your first cup. One day I would love to make my own tea.

Posted - Apr 11 2023 : 03:11:59 AM Is that just the white petal daisy Sara? I know chamomile you can make a tea out of the flowers. We have them wild here, along with milkweeds.
