Posted - Jan 30 2013 : 04:53:15 AM I stopped dealing Watkins products in an attempt to simplify my life. But I recently noticed I am about to run out of the "Rezist Plus" product which has seemed to keep me resistant to colds and flu in the past.
I joined Watkins again, only to find out they have discontinued this product! So now I am looking for a replacement.
It contains: Lactobacillus fructo-oligosaccharides from chicory root and dahlia tuber arabinogalactin from larch tree Astragalus root Elderberry juice concentrate olive leaf extract
I think the larch arabinogalactin has been clinically shown to boost the immune system...
Anyone have any experience with a similar product that I could use as a substitute?

Yes, I had to fly for work recently and I cringed every time someone on the plane coughed or sneezed. Thanks for the suggestion

Posted - Jan 30 2013 : 08:43:49 AM I use this http://www.sourcenaturals.com/products/GP1347/ I take it for about 2 weeks in the fall when those around me are getting sick or if I feel like I'm coming down with something. I also take it for about 2 weeks before I fly. I like the alcohol formula best but I do have a bottle of the veggie caps that I carry with me on vacation. I have used this for years and hardly ever get sick. I usually order mine from Vitacost.
