Posted - Aug 04 2012 : 01:18:39 AM I bought a book on herbs and it has all kinds of remedies for common problems. I'm going to try a few of them and see if I can't get back on track with my sleep. I'm either going, going, going, or so tired that I can't move. I take some prescription meds. which I'm sure is part of the problem, but I need to take them or else I'll really be sick. I can't take sleep meds cause they cause bad side effects. If I take antihistamines to help me sleep, I have to take 5 or 6 of them at a time and sometimes even that doesn't help. Not good. So I plan to go to the herbal store later on today and get some things. It's very frustrating. I have two really good books on herbs, both written by British women, who seem to have a long tradition of healing with herbs. I guess I need to start my own herb garden, as I don't seem to have much luck with vegetables. I believe there's a plant remedy for every sickness or problem, we just need to find it. Wish me luck. Posted - Aug 04 2012 : 08:51:10 AM There are many herbal remedies and teas that help with sleep. You just have to find the right one for you. I am in the process of making a california poppy tea blend to see how it works.
Good luck with your journey... it's a great path!!!
