Posted - May 27 2012 : 05:21:52 AM I know it is semi-common for some women to get thrush when nursing. I also know it is hard to get it to go away even when using Genetian Violet.
I remember reading somewhere about diet and I thought using ACV, but I can't find where I put my information down... Any tips to help thrush go away when both mama and baby have it? Thanks in advance!

Posted - Jul 18 2012 : 12:14:38 AM Gosh, I remember thrush well (..eek....) even though it has been 10 years :). Black walnut tincture helped me, and lots of probotics. I am also a believer of the benefits of raw milk. Oh, and I smeared joghurt on my nipples (sorry, this may be TMI, but it brought relief) to take away the burn & pain.
