Has anyone used Mullein infused in oil for earaches?

I've been using mullein oil for years on my youngest, who use to have chronic ear infections. He didn't like the feel of the oil in his ears but it did help relieve the pain and pressure.

I did many years ago, when my children were small. It did seem to help. They didn't suffer chronic earaches. It was for the occasional earache that they might get.
