I've been having trouble lately with my knee--a combination of arthritis and softening of the cartilage. I went to my first physical therapy appointment today, which seemed to help, but I've also started taking grapeseed extract. I'd read that it's good for arthritis. Well, tonight I have almost no pain in my knee for the first time in a month or two. I know that the physical therapy can't work that fast so it must be the grapeseed extract. Anyone else ever tried this? I've been taking it for about a week. I'm taking 200 mg once a day.

Cindy-haven't tried it. My mom always took it. I have arthritis in my knee and I will try this. Thank so much for posting the info:)
