I believe in the usefulness of herbs to strengthen the body, mind and spirit but I'm not sold on the usefulness of flower essences. Anybody found them to be use helpful?

I've tried taking rescue remedy for anxiety and it seems to help in mild cases but it won't prevent a panic attack if you're prone to that. I haven't taken any others as I wonder just how valid they are. I have a book on medicinal plants and it tells about them--apparently they work for some people. But I think I'll stick with herbs that have been studied and tested for their usefulness.
