My mom recommended this book, "The Pleasure of Herbs" by Phyllis Shaudys to me as her favorite herb growing/using/harvesting book - she has a wonderful herb garden and has sold herbs to chefs in some really nice restaurants around where she lives - anyway, I found it used on Amazon.com and it arrived today! I'm skimming it, and I think I'm going to use it a lot, too. Just thought I'd pass on the recommendation...

It's in a monthly format, and it looks like it has some really good recipes, too.

XOXO, Libbie
