Posted - May 04 2009 : 4:11:06 PM I had asked for some help on asthma problems, i was told that a nettle infusion will help. problem is i have been looking it up online and i can't seem to find anywhere to get some.
does anyone know of a reputable and quality place to get nettle and other herbs?

Posted - May 04 2009 : 5:26:00 PM Since you live in SC I would go to Red Moon Herbs. They have local wildcrafted nettle. I am a firm believer in using herbs grown close to where you live. Once you get the nettle take about one cup of nettle put in a quart container ~ cover with boiling water~ let steep at least 4 hours up to overnight. Strain and drink. You can keep in fridge. drink at least a quart a day...

Posted - May 04 2009 : 4:23:35 PM Hi Karen, check out Mountain Rose Herbs, that's where I got mine, it's organic. I just mixed my infusion and added lemon and it was pretty tasty. good luck, hope it helps. hugs Phyllis |
