Posted - Sep 14 2008 : 10:19:23 AM I've been horrifically sick the last few days. (I actually had to go straight from MJ's store to the ER and have missed the last 2 days of work I was so sick).
I'm a big fan of tea and had read that raspberry leaf tea was great for 'woman' issues, as well as other intestinal cramping and pain.
Well, I hobbled out to my garden and started plucking raspberry leaves and made a strong tea with them. I couldn't believe it, after a few cups the pain in my gut that even "the good drugs" didn't get rid of was subsiding.
Definitely worth a try the next time you find your abdomen hurting. |
