my daughter has cradle cap and it comes and goes. i usually use almond old and rub it with a soft brush for a few days and it clears up, but comes back. her hair is getting thicker and it is getting harder to get rid of the cradle cap. does anyone have anything they have used for cradle cap that works well? thanks!

if you are using oil on her scalp, do not let it stay on..wash her hair after you apply the oil for a few minutes and rub out the flakes with a soft brush..then wash her hair and dry well.
(that is the advice my pedritrician gave us several years ago..she said leaving the oil in the air can make the problem worse..it needs washed out)
hope this helps.
