Posted - Feb 28 2007 : 11:04:40 PM I’m SO excited to announce that MaryJane will be traveling through some of the Southern states to introduce her new line of organic linens, and she’d just LOVE to take that opportunity to meet you!
She will be appearing at noon at these Belk department stores on the following dates:
March 16, 2007 – Belk South Park in Charlotte, North Carolina March 17, 2007 – Belk Columbia in Columbia, South Carolina March 31, 2007 – Belk Dogwood Festival Market in Flowood, Mississippi
It will be a wonderful time to meet her and have a farmgirl gathering! She’ll be giving away prizes in addition to showing how to crochet a rag rug from worn-out bed sheets, turn an old bedspread into a shower curtain, and all sorts of other fun crafts, as well as telling some great stories – I just know you’ll be glad you made the effort to come!
So … gather up your farmgirl (and farmboy!) friends, hit the road, and come say, “Howdy!” If you need more information, please feel free to drop me a line. It’s going to be a fantastic time, and you’ll see just how you can gussy-up your nest farmgirl-style. I sure wish I could be there to meet you, too!
XOXO, Libbie

Posted - Mar 09 2007 : 5:59:12 PM Just wanted to ask where the Belk in Columbia was that Mary Jane would be visiting? I think we are about an hour away. I am going to call my husband at work and ask him to get off that day so that he can take care of my " angels " for me. I would love to go and see her. Thank you. Mandi |

I'm a long way from any of those, but a B&B stay at the farm just might be workable... |

Posted - Mar 06 2007 : 06:31:13 AM Julia- Columbia is only 3 hours from Atlanta out I-20! My husband, myself and our friends are going to head over there on the 17th of March-we are making it a day trip. Maybe your mom, dad and sis could do the same! I think it is going to be a lot of fun!

Posted - Mar 05 2007 : 6:58:22 PM Meg and MaryJane, I just called the farm to see if you are going to be anywhere near Atlanta GA in the coming months. My mom and dad, sister and a whole host of well-wishers would love to share in the farmgirl spirit! Teresa told me that for now, nope...not near atlanta.. Still, my family is sooooo thrilled about your linen line.. Those lucky southern dogs!! Enjoy your trip so very much..the scenery, the food and all the wonderful southern hospitality. I just know you are going to be a smashing hit! Many happy giggling regards, Julia Hayes

Oh, how we would love to visit you all! But we are looking forward to our adventure to NC, SC and MS! I've never been and I just can't wait! But I wanted to pass along more info about coming to see us. Frannie, the thread just below this one has more info on our Pay Dirt Farm School for the coming summer. As for visiting the farm, please read the www.maryjanesfarm.org/tour/virtual link. We would love to pamper you during a Bed & Breakfast stay!

Posted - Mar 03 2007 : 11:46:12 AM No location close enough for me to make the trip this go-round. Actually, I'd rather see MJ in her element 'cause I'm dying to visit the farm, too! You ladies who get to see her on this trip have to come back and tell us all about it. Enjoy!!

Posted - Mar 02 2007 : 08:41:01 AM I just asked my husband about going to this and he said......YES!! We will be taking a little day trip- so long as he doesn't have to see MaryJane (we are talking the consummate anti-farmboy here!). But after I see her, we will be able to tour the city. :) Whoo-hoo! Hmmmm, what to wear, what to wear?
