Posted - Sep 14 2014 : 6:22:33 PM To all the lovely people that have made Mary Jane's Farm a major part of my life. I honestly wanted to take some time and dedicate a blog post to letting all of you know how much of an impact you have been on my life. I know sometimes with these computers, people get lost. But I wanted everyone to know honestly and truly important the farm has been to me.
I would not be the woman I am today, 5 years of being around the farm has taught me so much, and I hope you read my post here

Posted - Sep 16 2014 : 12:58:45 PM Emily, I am glad you shared that with us! I just celebrated my 3rd year as a MJ Farmgirl in August! It has enriched my life in more ways than I can say! I have learned so much and still learning! and seeing the love here, that my Granny had for canning food, sewing, and being Nifty Thrifty! I received an invite in the mail to subscribe to MJF magazine and The cover drew me in and I was hooked! I had no idea about the Sisterhood and then I was " Over the Moon" excited! I have forged many friendships for life and continue to meet new sisters and learn and grow from them also! I love it when someone stops me and ask me about my MJF bumper sticker or my Farmgirl necklace! My husband knows it will not be a short answer! LOL!! Hugs! Posted - Sep 15 2014 : 2:02:34 PM Emily, thank-you for sharing your blog post today on how you have benefitted from discovery MaryJane and the MaryJane Farm Connection! I think you articulated what a lot of us feel about our experiences here. For myself, my life has been transformed in many ways and I have learned a great deal about myself and others. MaryJane has offered us an opportunity to find a group of other women who wish to connect on a variety of topics that helps make our lives easier and enriched. She has led us by her encouragement to try new ways of living, honoring ourselves, rediscovering the joys of living a more simple life, and a myriad of skills that have long been forgotten or replaced by our throw away culture. I am so happy that you have found just what you needed in 2009 with her magazines. My entry was launched with the Dec issue in 2009 as well, and now I cannot imagine my life without MaryJane and all the new friends from the Connection! I am looking forward to others sharing what they feel when they read your post.
Farmgirl Hugs to you!!
