Posted - Nov 29 2010 : 1:26:19 PM We have much to be thankful for...you all included.
And...I got to go hunting with my three favorite boys! My dad, brother, and hubby...
This one of me and hubby, I am wearing the much laughed about fleece hunting vest I made for him many years back. The boys like to laugh at how safe he'll always be in this big ol' thing. Note, the crooked hem.
It was a gorgeous sunny 0 degrees out and everyone got a pheasant. I made the mistake of yelling, "Yay Lucas!" when hubby shot his. Embarrassing, who brought his cheerleading wife??

I wouldn't have had blossoms if I were buried in snow like you all....what happened??? Is that normal for Idaho?
We have had flurries but nothing majorly wintery. Can't wait...that's my favorite part of winter!
Blessings- Carrie

Posted - Nov 29 2010 : 6:31:27 PM Thanks for the pictures Meg! I love winter and your snow is beautiful. It reminds me of the Thanksgivings we use to celebrate at my parents cabin in northwestern, WI.
That is a beautiful centerpiece Carrie! Thanks for sharing it with us.

Posted - Nov 29 2010 : 4:04:18 PM I have to show you a photo of my Thanksgiving centerpiece...idea straight from you! I would have liked to add some darker flowers but couldn't spend $10 on a few blossoms, so this is entirely from my yard. The cattail I had from a few years ago. It looks a little strange in the photo but looked better on the table (photo is a little washed out). Thanks for the great idea...I loved it!
