Both Albertson's and Yoke's Foods, a local grocery in Spokane, have them.

p.s. will try and continue our maryjane magazine reading club sometime tomorrow ... i'm compiling 'prizes' and will draw a name from a basket for everyone that posts .. as i remember .. your name goes in the basket EVERY time you post something about an article you read or a story that one of the articles reminds you of!

Hi girls.
I posted this yesterday in the MJF Products forum, but I see you have a thread here about finding the magazine too, so I'll post it again.

Remember, getting a MaryJanesFarm magazine is as easy as skipping over to our product shop while you're on the forum and picking one up. Just click on the "home" link at the top of any forum page, then click on the "MaryJanesFarm" logo at the top of that page to go to our main web page (www.maryjanesfarm.org). Then click on either "Our Products" or "MaryJanesFarm Magazine" to get to links where you can order. Ordering products from us helps support our many efforts, including this forum.

Thank you for your support!

Carol

I live in a very small community in upstate New York and wonder of wonders, the little local IGA had it at the checkout line, I saw it, said to myself, this looks interesting. Loved the paper and the looks of the cover and that was enough for me. Then when I got it home and really started looking through it............I LOVED IT!!!

I found my copy at Borders but it was tough to find. I'm never sure where to look for it - in the cooking mags, gardening mags, organics lifestle mags? I finally asked at the information desk. They checked the "magazine list" and told me they didn't carry it. Bummer! However, I was walking past the magazines as I left the store and there it was, peeking out at me from the cooking magazien section!! Hoorah! I informed the person that checked me out that it wasn't listed on their magazine list and she said it was because they had just started carrying it. I think the emphasis on cooking in this issue threw them off and it will regularly be carried in the organic lifestyle section. Regardless, I made myself put it away for a week until I started my vacation and I read it all the first day! It was wonderful!

My local Barnes & Noble has it, so if anyone wants me to purchase it for them, I can. I was there on Saturday, and they had at least 10 copies. I already have mine and bought 3 more for gifts, but I can go back and pick up some more if any of you need me to. I'll be checking back in on Friday, so email me if you need me to pick one up for you.

Barnes & Noble and Borders are not carrying the magazine. I checked with both as I was trying to get a last minute Mother's Day present. Neither place even ordered them. In fact, I couldn't find one any place in Vancouver. Guess I'll be ordering one for myself from the Farm but was disappointed that I couldn't give one for Mother's Day. I told the lady at Barnes & Noble that they need to carry it because it is an excellent magazine.

Birdsview gal, may I ask if you purchased the magazine locally?

Robin - I ordered mine from MJF because I live so far from any other store - I just ordered a subscription a while ago and this came as part of it...

both Barnes & Noble & Borders do carry them, I get them at either place but maybe they are not out in all of them yet. I thought I ordered one from MJ farm but realized I never did so I will get one from either store also. Let someone from MJ farm know if you can't get one from either place because they should carry it.
