The 2009 Bloggie Awards are in the making and I thought it would be cool if our own The City Farmgirl blog could be nominated. Not only would it drive a lot of traffic to our site, but it would be great for our Farmgirl Movement. In order to get on the list, the blog needs to get the most votes in a category. I’m thinking “Best Writing” is the category we should go after. To vote, you’ve got to nominate at least three of your favorite blogs, so it’s a great way to recognize other blogs you enjoy.
Will you help? Here’s what to do before January 12, 2009. Go to http://2009.bloggies.com/ and enter the name of your favorite blogs and their URL addresses. Here’s the info for “Best Writing”: The City Farmgirl Blog http://www.maryjanesfarm.com/MJFBlog/

You will need Three blogs to enter.. SO in addition to City Farmgirl, you might consider our own Jennifer Bove's "a view from my boots" as well as many of the farmgirls here on the forum. thanks ladies.
