My younger two have been on a roll for the last couple of weeks. I swear I am almost bald from pulling at my hair. Nit-pickin, fighting, name-callin, smart mouthin.. you name it they have done it. Well now they are finally clam. For how long I'm not sure.

I don't know what exactly started it, but Matt was chasing Hallie through the house this morning. She went to my room and closed the door. I guess she opened it a bit to see if he was following her about the same time he ran into the door to push it open. So she got a doorknod to the cheekbone just under her eye. Now she's laid up on the couch watchin SpongeBob with an ice pack and Matt's sitting quietly with her. Maybe they will cool it for the rest of the day.

Mine used to fight like that. We were going camping at the end of school one year, and they kept on and on. We were meeting some friends at the camp ground and I had some of the food for the weekend or I would have gone back home. So I told them that this weekend they had to do everything together. Where one went the other had to go. I figured that it would either fix them or they would kill each other. By the end of the weekend they great friends, conspiring against me.lol. You do what you have to do!!

When my second child was 2 she slipped on the stairs she wasn't supposed to be on. Her eye looked awful so we took her to emergency and boy did the Doc. question me. I guess they have to. He said if it happened again he would call DHSH. Just an accident but they have to be careful. Made me sorta mad though. 2 years later the next daughter at 2yrs did the same thing. I kept her home. LOL. Kids and accidents happen. MB

"It isn't over until someone gets hurt!", my gran always used to say....he'll probably be nice to her all day because he feels guilty! It's probably the school blues. Kids usually get it this time of year, when the year is winding down, and it makes them whacko (and you, too!)
