My oldest is 9 1/2 and has had a horrable time learning to read. With stress and abuse and everything else going on, he just couldn't grasp it. Just a few moments ago, he came up to me with "Peter and the Star Catchers" and read a rather difficult passage. He had to work at it a bit, but this is the child who a few months ago didn't even know his letters consistantly!!!! I am so excited! God is healing my boy!

What we write today slipped into our souls some other day when we were alone and doing nothing.

Oh Corrine! I am so glad you boy is doing so well! That is a great improvement and warrents a huge celebration! I bet since he struggled so hard to learn, he will just take off now and will be an avid reader!
