Nora and I just got done taking our bath and I just love that fresh washed baby scent! I put some Lavender EO in the bath water in hopes that it would help calm her cold and get her ready for bed. So with the bath wash we use plus the lavender she smells like honey and lavender and that indescriblable soft baby scent. MMMM. I love baby scent!

I second the earthmamaangelbaby lotion and bath wash. We have used it before and the lotion smells heavenly and absorbs right into the skin making the kids smell so good I want to eat them! The foaming bath wash/shampoo is nice too and though the inital cost is fairly high it is nice to know that you are putting good stuff on the kids and it lasts pretty long. You can also use Dr. Bronners unscented wash for hair and body.

my first 2 boys were sooo easy. My oldest is the only girl! Then came Aaron- my 3rd son.. he is Dennis the Menace! Then came Matthew he is right along with Aaron except he is tough.. If Aaron makes him mad I hear Aaron screaming then a mad dash through the house with Matthew chasing him screaming "I am going to hit Aaron!" then the baby who thinks he is as big as his big brothers- thus should be able to do all that they do- he complains that he can't.. So one girl, then 5 boys.. I am still holding out for another girl..

I bought some Petite Chevre/ Lil' Goat's Milk baby wash/shampoo and the lotion. I felt like it was a little too scented for the boy, so I am using it myself. I bought another bottle of the creamy Aveeno wash. It leaves his skin really soft.

I have a 18 month old- I, too love freshly washed baby smell :-) I have 6 children and still long for another baby.. :-) I know that someday I will not be able to have more babies.. then I will cuddle many grandbabies! I told my children I expect them all to have as many as I did :-) I want lots of love in my old age lol!

Hi Christy!

There are lots of organic baby washes on the market. Do you have a Natural Foods market near you?

I must admit that I am using up a bottle of J&J though.

This looks like a good site, though I have never ordered from them:

What kind of bath soap do you use? I use Johnson and Johnson on my boys but I just heard something in the news about baby soap. They are linking an additive with future fertility problems for the children. Scary, so I want to switch to something organic but I'm clueless.
