I kept trying to put Nora down for bed last night in her bassinet, but it wouldn't work. She kept waking up... possibly because her head and feet were almost touching the ends of the bassinet! So I decided it was time to start using the crib. My little baby slept all night in her own crib last night in her own room! And I only checked on her twice!

I am proud of her for growing so well and being such a big girl, and proud of myself for not being a neurotic mom and only checking on her twice. But I am not so sure that I like the fact that she is already sleeping in her own room! Wow! Time is really going by really fast! Wasn't she just born yesterday?! ;)

Oh yes- and she is now 13.5 lbs! Holy cow! She is so big! And such a sweet baby. We have hardly had any crying lately (yeah I know... I just jinxed myself).

How lucky am I?

I have a 5 month old son who outgrew his bassinet about a month ago. I know what you mean about it seeming like they were born yesterday!

She is 4 months old now! I can't hardly believe it, but can't imagine life without her either!

Thanks Everyone! I had to snap those pictures really quick before she got mad at doing tummy time! LOL But she is doing better. Yesterday she saw Rebekka's son crawling and when we got home- she wanted NOTHING to do with laying on her back- she HAD to have tummy time! LOL I think if we spend much time around crawling babies- she might just start soon!

Great job Alee, both to you and to her. They grow fast and learning to enjoy the moments is proably the hardier job that you will have. I wouldn't have missed out on my kids for anything, grandbabes are even more fun.
See ya Sunday.

Enjoying the moments.
