I recommend the MOBI format over PDF, as it lays out nicer, as PDF tends to be 'narrow', you can download Calibre for free and read it with that on Kindles. The MOBI format is used with many devices as well. I have Calibre and use it all the time.

Hi Mary Jane, the PDF would be a lot of pages to print. I think the proofing process is going to take a little time, I am not sure when it will be ready. I suppose it's a matter of convenience, if you have an e-reader you might prefer that. I will let you know when it's reader.

Hi Terra, when the book is purchased, the customer gets a direct download link. I put up different formats just in case someone prefers one over the other.
