Just as quickly as the wild roses started blooming, they are done now. I have a limited amount of wild rose petal jelly for sale on my etsy..it is just so lovely. A beautiful clear pink color and the smell and taste are heavenly. I also have dandelion and lemon basil jelly available...

I did some red rose jelly this year as well..just one batch..and will be listing that tonight..just as tasty and a very pretty "red wine" color.

OOh! I have tried both of Aunt Jenny's dandelion and rose jelly. Lemme tell ya ladies..Heaven in a jar!!!! Yummy!! :)
