on my Etsy! The kids and I are excited to finally have Dandelion season here. Most people hate them but we LOVE dandelion jelly. The kids do the flower gathering and I do the jelly making...and we all enjoy the jelly. It is like "sunshine in a jar" according to my youngest son!

I have never tried it with powdered pectin...only liquid...have used both Certo and ball with good luck. I do add lemon juice. I hope you can work it out Mikki. It is sure nice to be able to use dandelions for a good thing!

I love dandelion jelly. I can never get mine to set up though. All my other jellys set up fine except for this one. Don't know what the problem is.

Thanks Patti! My own kids just love it, so I figure I should make it all I can so we don't run out this year, right? I am sending some off to my mom in Calif today since she is out. We made two batches yesterday and this morning our yard is covered in snow. Yep snow. sigh. But that won't stop the dandelions..I am sure to make more tomorrow even. My youngest son likes his with peanut butter too.
