Posted - Jan 05 2010 : 2:02:21 PM What do you use to make those beautiful pins? The pin cushions by the way are just lovely. But the pins you have created are really unique!

Thanks so much!

Posted - Jan 04 2010 : 11:32:30 AM Thanks for the sweet words. I stuffed this one with fiberfill. But I make little berries that I fill with emery to sharpen pins with. I've also used playground sand which you can get right at the big box hardware stores or probably even Wal-mart. It is about $5.00 for a bag. I have had a bag for over five years and I'm not even half way through it and I have made HUNDREDS of berries. They sell very well at my consignment booth at the antique mall.
