Hey Farmgirls - my husband just built the cutest most Farmgirl fabulous medicine chest out of some wood and a vintage washboard.
check it out on Etsy!

Got the idea from the one in DeereDawn's bathroom. Her father built hers.

Sorry about that Dawn - thanks for correcting me! Give credit where credit is due!
Now we are off the Alexandria Downtown Block Party and Farmers Market - Our public Debut!!!!! Wish us luck - the weather can't decide what to do - it was raining and now the sun is shining and there is steam coming off the roof! Thank goodness we have a canopy!

Ahem...Lora's husband is great. He is very talented and handy. Lora is a lucky chick indeed! And it was my Grandfather-in law that built mine...he was a carpenter. Stay tuned to Lora's blog as her hubby makes fabu farmgirl stuff. Like my

Noodle dryer
soap holder
chicken crate
MAryJane tea Towel Dryer
Cornhole game

And whatever else Lora gets....so do I! LMAO!

Julie - even if that one is gone, he is building more. We have enough washboards for about 3 more. Would have been 4 but I latched onto the one with glass! besides - I think it might be to heavy to ship as it is a standard size board! I am going to put it in my bathroom above the throne.

What do you gals think if I were to put a cup hanger underneath to hang my hair dryer from? Tacky? I normally let my hair air dry, but occasionally need that thing. Still trying to picture it in my mind before I do it.

That is just adorable. It would be perfect in a kitchen for spices also. What a great idea.
