I love, love LOVE the cupcake pincushions!! They are adorable. Your work is wonderful!

Thank you for your visit ! Glad you stopped by. I appreciate your kind message :)
Etsy does bring in a little money (not much yet, but contacts are good and I'm hoping !). I have had some queries/orders outside of the etsy shop, but because they saw it in the etsy shop, if you follow. If you're the winning draw, the Funky Chicken is yours, so Good Luck !

I tired leaving a comment, but it wouldn't let me..
Here is what I wrote, thankfully I remembered to copy and paste ;)

Really, all of your things are just so cute! But I think I like the spoon pin cushions best, I've never seen one before. Very unique idea and way to use old silver. The baby spoon seems best, the way you have bent the handle to make a handle, lol.. I think that would make it easier to set down with out tipping. Since I've started cross stitching, pincushins have become a new collecting item for me. Well, I love to look at the different ones anyway!

The cats and bears are cuties too, the quilts I love because purple is my fav!

I went to both your sites and left a message for you on your blog. Love, love, love that little funky chicken! Too cute. AND that idea about using spoons for pincushions??? VERY neato. I've made the finger pincushions before. I used a soda bottle top for the base though. Much nicer with the little wooden base. Good thinking. Your work is lovely. Hope you get some more responses.

So does the whole etsy thing really generate any extra "egg money"?? I signed up but have not "opened" yet.
