Posted - Jan 18 2009 : 1:23:31 PMhi Melody, no..I don't..these are all smaller hats that I'm afraid wouldn't really keep you that warm, and are more for looks than tundra living.
Posted - Jan 18 2009 : 10:58:31 AMLove the vintage hats!!! Do you have anything suitable for a woman who lives in the near arctic region of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Sorry...no chooks please!

Posted - Jan 18 2009 : 10:32:20 AMthanks Rose! that is a good idea.... I will probably add back to my vintage hat collection after we get moved as I'll be in a good area to find things like that again..but for now the least I have to pack up and move..the better. I do hope the hats find good homes.
Posted - Jan 18 2009 : 10:00:53 AMI too love the old hats. You can make inexpensive hat stands by using small wooden bowls and either wooden candleholders or the freestanding wooden paper towel holders. You can find either at the thrift stores for very little. You just screw the wooden bowl upside down into the candle stand or paper towel stand. Spray paint any color and you have a great little stand for hats. I do this and got the idea from a woman selling hats at a flea market. For under $2.00 you have a great sturdy hat stand!

Posted - Jan 18 2009 : 09:38:04 AMthanks Diana/ I'll be adding new varieties soon on the hand bag designs, but the Country Girl one has been popular. ...and I don't know Mary Beth..it is cool looking though isn't it?
Posted - Jan 18 2009 : 08:12:35 AMI admit Mary Beth...most all of the hats listed stayed in boxes up in my closest..sigh..I loved them but here at this home I did not have any display area for them. I did keep a few small ones for the new place. I'll try to see where I can find a hat stand for you.
Posted - Jan 18 2009 : 07:52:06 AMOh Tina, those are great. I love those old hats but wouldn't know what to do with them. However I am looking for an older hatstand. Any ideas? MB
