my hand is really mending well, so this week i should start up again. if you would be interested in a little bunny for easter just let me know....

this is a standard kinda bunny, but some of them are loppeared and they all are dressed differently, i will continue to add them on my blog as the "show up" here at the farm.

my bunnies are helping me get the word out about my surgerys which i hope will all be achieved in the next month.
anyway, it will start this week, and i feel i will be in and out over the next month, so just wanted to let everyone who has been hanging in there with me that i appreciate all the prayers and good thoughts.
if ya dont hear from me over the next month just know that i am keeping the doctors pretty busy in dallas and that i hope to be back on the track and crafting again real soon.
for some of us, life just isnt as much fun without our crafts!
it is a short story for sure, but sent with the best of spirit, please check out the little bonnebunnys and keep us in your thoughts.
thanks to all,

since i am not feeling so chipper, i would rather not have anyone send me money prior to receiving their bunnies.
right now i have already been paid by tina who hasnt received her bunny yet! everything will be pending until i hear the news on wednesday or beyond about what in the world is going on with my bod.
as far as printing out the story or pics from the blog, while i cant really control that i would rather folks not do that with out my permission, (good luck right) but i am gonna ask other bloggers what the scoop is on that.
and thanks for asking, sam, it is okay with me if you print them out.
i am pretty sure i have seen a disclaimer type thing on some blogs where they ask that you not use or print material without the permission.
does anyone know about this.
and of course who will ya call the cybercops? i dont know.
i am working out all the little details about selling the bunnies back here.
i will continue, i think to sell them on the website with the cats, but they have sold there for 75-100.00.
i know , it is kinda shocking to me as well. but i do know they arent made in china and they do take a good while for me to make even without interruptions.
my plan is to sell them here as well to farm girls who are in the sisterhood for 45.00+s/h.
but none of that will occur until after my health gets better. i will officially make that announcement with another giveaway, but i think it would be better if i also sent off zan's bunnies before i have another giveaway.
today i am having one of my shakey flakey days, feel like i could sleep all day and like i am kinda puny and trembly inside.
i am watchin the little ones for just a few hours but dh has called and he is on notice to come home if i get too flakey.
i think i will post a thread about printing things from blogs, websites.
hugs to all and thanks for the thoughts and good wishes.

You are on my prayer list Frannie! And I wish you the best this coming Wednesday! Put me on the list for a bunny PLEASE!!!! I know you will be up and rarin' to go before long and I want to be there to catch that first bunny that comes out of your creative genius....I will send you the money now if you want and I understand about raising your prices for sure....but if you get caught up and feel the urge to make one to sell please keep me in mind. I absolutely love them and I am not a doll/stuffed animal person....but these bunnies are definitely special and I think it's because they are made/born from someone special....thank you again for your "tales"....once I get my printer hooked up I am printing this whole post off so I can make it into a little book for myself. It is very uplifting! Love ya....Sam

hi tina, it is very late or early here but i napped this afternoon after my daughter left and when i woke up about 10:30 it felt like daytime to me, so i have been trying to get some things done.
i would love to write a book based on the bunny stories but honestly i dont know a thing about how to do that.
i am talking to one of our farmgirls here about selfpublishing and i may look into that, to learn more and see if that is a possible route to go.
so far, no real stories are coming from my bunnies beyond the last stories, but honestly i never know when they are going to "speak" to me and i think i have been to preoccupied to hear them lately.
i am nervous about the visit wednesday. i am being honest about that. and when i am anxious, i dont create so well, but i can busy myself with mindless things that i dont have to figure out. some craft that i have done enough that i am not creating as i go along.
thanks for your good thoughts, i too hope everything will be fine and a simple remedy. i can feel your well wishes from here.
love to you sweet tina.

hey gal..I've really missed you. you've had me worried here.
I know you've felt yuck lately..wish I could just sweep everyone's yuckies and blahs and aches and pains out the door for them.
Dear Frannie..I hope that the visit this Wednesday at the dr's office goes well for you and that an easy solution is found and that it is nothing serious. You keep that chin up gal..and that sparkle in your eye.
We farm gals here are rooting for you and are in your corner.
I was wondering if any of the other bunnies had stories to tell as I really enjoyed the story of the Teal rabbit that you wrote and Jonni's bunnies. The stories are very precious and along with the pictures it is just really touching.
I think that you could compile a little "Words of Wisdom from the Wabbits" :0) type book..as it has been a lot of fun to read..and some of the stories really make one stop and ponder.I was just curious if my little "gal" had been whispering anything to the other bunnies or to you lately to help cheer you up..or if she was just being a bit "wascally"...ha.
hugs to you and please do keep us posted on how you are doing.
will say a little prayer for you that all goes well come Wednesday.

just checking in this evening, boy what a busy with folks weekend.
but also a good weekend.
first thanks so much to tempestastrali for joining in, and for your comments.
i did sell the bunnys here, then at a different site where i sell cats and hope that soon i will be selling the bunnies here again.
i have always been able to sell them here but i had to agree to sell them at a higher price.
anyway,i will email or post about that later.
tina, jonni and jus's bunnies are still here. i have had no car and felt really rotten, but this wednesday i will be making a trip to the hematologist to find out what is wrong with me, and what we can do about it, so please keep everything crossed for me.
all the bunnies are ready, but i just havent had the ways or the means to get things done.
i have let everyone know that i dont feel good, but i really havent talked so much about how bad i feel, i am just hoping for a resolution.
anyway, i will try this week to post pics, and i will try to get every little bun mailed out by next weekend, and i know everyone has been patient and sweet beyond words about how slow i am being.
if i start selling the bunnies here again i think i will do it more like our other frannie, where i make the bunnie and offer it up for sale. i think that will be faster! well any thing would be faster than this sysytem!
love and hugs to you, tina.

I'd be delighted to see photos of any of the other bunnies. hint hint.
has Jonni's bunnies made their travels to Kentucky yet? And I'd love to see Rebekah's (country lawyers) bunny/bunnies too..and of course the one destined to come live here one day.
Would love to see photos of them and to read the stories about them before they come to live with the farm girls awaiting their arrival.

aw, I just love your bunnytales! what a great way to share wisdom and keep life playful!

I wrote stories about all of my stuffies when i was a little girl, it was the highlight of my childhood, so these bunnytales have a special place in my heart Ü

i have only joined this messageboard in the past few days but am already amazed at the level of creativity, kindness, and wisdom I have encountered.

i hope you feel better, frannie.

if you are still making bunnies i would love to purchase one from you!

Oh Frannie...again and again you touch my heart with your words and your wisdom. Those little bun-rabs can sure stir up a lot of emotion, can't they? I surely love the story of Teal, and will print this out for when my bonnebunnies join me in Kentucky. We can read it together.

What grace, and what gifts you have, Frannie. And how lucky I am to know you...

sandra, thanks so much, you brought a tear to my eye as well, with your response.
this story was very heartfelt too me and probably the hardest one yet to write. but it wouldnt be quiet!
i have four grown children and they never stop tugging at your heart, and honestly i am still working on the virtue of QUIET.
as you can probably tell from some of my post, brevity is not one of my gifts, and honestly i work ever day at cultivating this talent of brevity.
love and hugs to you all!

oh, Frannie....that is your best bunnytale yet! I accidently wrote bunnyteal but maybe it was not an accident...maybe you COULD call them Bunny Teals? Anyway...you are an awesome storyteller and it brought tears to my eyes because it is SO HARD to let go and watch our beloved children step out into their own doodoo! And they DO! But...it's their turn and even when my children ask I tell them not to listen to anyone but their own inner voice...the strong, knowing one...the voice of God. As my best friend tells it...we are the only species on the planet that does not have an effective way of cutting the ties to our children! Aint't that the truth! So glad you are feeling better!

thanks so much, tina. i think after so many days of not sleepin well, some of this has just been sleep deprivation.
but i feel i have recovered from my dental work, and yesterday i bit the bullet and started the process to go see a hematologist. i really dont want to do that, but i know that if i was gonna feel all better, it would have happened by now. so i am still awaiting news on that appointment.
in the meantime, it is good to feel good enough to post a new story on the bunnystale. it gives me something to think about besides worry about myself! something that never really fixes anything!
thanks again tina for reading the post and your comment.

Oh, Frannie...SO GLAD you are feeling better! Don't worry about being "slow".... I LOVE being SLOW! I am originally from the North with the "hustle and bustle" and now I am down South where the heat alone makes you take life at a slower pace and i love it! I swear I was Southern in my last life! LOL! I never fit in with the 'hustle-bustle" and my multi-tasking abiltiy left with menopause so now I only do one thing at a time but ahhh the peace! I too have Arhtur-itis....RA throughout my WHOLE body and Graves disease which almost made me blind but I am doing well and feeling very blessed that I can even see and be!
So...I am endorsing a SLOW way of life along with all the "simplifying" of life we can do...it is more natural and there's no "road-rage" or any other kind of rage!
You take care of yourself and enjoy those "chillin" but don't wear yourself out! Can't wait to hear your latest "installment"! Plus...didn't know Jonni's husband was a song-writer and she a dancer? People here are SO talented! It's just mind-boggling....I must have some talent of some kind but not sure what or where it is! LOL!
Have a great day everyone!

greetings to everyone and thanks for the "well" wishes!
i actually do believe i am feeling somewhat better after having the dental work done, but i am so busy with family that it is hard to tell!
also, thanks for the comments on the thread, sam. i hope you will stay tuned to the world of the bonnebunnys. i really love making them and writing about them.
i sold the bunnies here as you probably know and worked out a deal with a lady who is selling them for me. i miss making them for the farmgirl site, but we had a deal where she sold them for a while.
i also made other critters for her, and well the cats took off!
so i may get back to selling the bunnies myself, here at the site.
if i do, however this time i will have to include s/h to the customer so they will be the price+ sh. that is really the only way i can recoup a little profit.
i also intend to have another bunny give away in the fall, but i have made a promise to myself that i will not do that until i finish and send the bunnies that i have ordered now.
just a little trick that we slow pokes to to try and keep a little order in the universe.
i have really enjoyed writing the stories, and most of the inspiration comes from my granddaughter, olivia.
i have never thought of myself as a writer, i love good story telling but i have never tried to write much, so i have been really surprised at how warmly the stories have been received.
i would love to be asongwriter like jonni's husband, his words are so beautiful and really touch your heart, but that is just now a gift that i have. i've known some songwriters but i just dont seem to have the muse.
this weekend i had some of those aha moments and there is a story that actually is inspired by my oldest daughter, teal. as soon as i get a chance to have some quiet time and get it through my fingers and into the keyboard i will be posting it. but so far all my handwork has been in the kitchen feeding the little brood of grandchildren that have shown up here.
they are all part of the farm superhero cousin club and boy can they burn the calories. 2 of the 4 that have been here are vegetarians, and since i am not, i have had to try and come up with some food for them.
have made a couple of zucchini cakes and also some house fried rice and a little bread spread with veggies, herbs etc. but boy can those little ones eat.
anywho, tomorrow i am supposed to be alone, just a farmgirl and her keyboard and hope then to get the newest bonnebunny story posted.

Dear Frannie....I found this post and read it from beginning to end...most of yesterday and finished up this morning. First, I want to say I am praying for your health to recover and that your worries be few! And your bunnies are so sweet....I have some "bunny tales" of my own and bunnies are very special to me. I would love to purchase one if you could tell me where to. Also, your words of wisdom are so uplifting to others...you have no idea what reading your posts and the caring posts of others have meant to me and how much I've learned from all of you. Love and blessings to all of you and of course to all the "bunnies"! You are all such admirable women!

the bunnie thing seems so funny to me. like kismet almost. and so it goes.
i have my middle daughter anne visiting me right now.
she is going through a very rough time right now.
her whole family is. anyway, i am recovering nicely from the tooth extraction, and trying to keep my stress levels under control and not letting the old fear monster rear its ugly head.
life can really send you an avalanche of troubles from time to time, but the breaks in between are glorius.
sometimes it is just hard to remember, everything is temporary, this too shall pass.
and well, even when your children are grown, it is hard to watch them have troubles and heartaches.
i will keep ya all posted on the bunnies here at the farm. they are sweet and have lovely fibre and a distraction from reality, and sometimes thats needed more than other times.
i am alittle weary of the worries we have had around here of late, but guess i'm not in charge of what life brings me, just what i do about it.
love to all!
