The road to success is not straight. There is a curb called Failure, a loop called Confusion; speed bumps called Friends; red lights called Enemies;caution lights called Family. You will have flats called jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination; an engine called Perseverance; insurance called Faith, and a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success!! |

Posted - Jul 04 2013 : 11:17:10 AM We're swamped in Georgia, too. My friends have an organic blueberry farm (Byne's Blueberries), and they are spending extra time sorting out split berries to send to the juicer. BUT I can't complain. I know the well won't run dry this year.
No matter what the weather, God is still in control.
Joy, puddles, and umbrellas,

I have learned that to have a good friend is the purest of all God's gifts, for it is a love that has no exchange of payment. by Frances Farmer
Just follow God unquestioningly. Because you love Him so, for if you trust His judgment there is nothing you need to know.
I trust in you Jesus... |

Posted - Jul 04 2013 : 12:19:08 AM it's the same in Indiana. Last year we were in a severe drought by this time, now I hate to say it but we need to dry out! We have had several inches of rain in the past week & there is a chance of rain/storms every day for the next week. It's feast or famine. I'm not sure which problem is worse. Our heavy rain is just as bad on the crops this year!
